MiseTings Goes Premium
A new age of enlightenment and humor will be beginning in June on www.misetings.com as the site introduces it's long awaited premium side.
For the modest price of $69 a year, internet magic players will have access to the very best in magic comedy and a wide array of special features.
The move was prompted by the runaway success of the Brainburst Premium program, which provides a massive upgrade over the strategy site's normal service with name player articles, actual spell-checking, and detailed corrections of every word Jarrod Bright writes on the non-premium side.
Not to be outdone, MiseTings will be seeking to show value by offering even more great features to it members. Not only will MiseTings Premium members be the only ones with access to the actually funny articles, they will have access to the following:
- A new discussion board account with quick postcount++ features and immunity to 'STFU' statements.
- Auto-ignore on Random-Miser and Random-Miser quotes.
- A commemorative MiseTings '0wned' t-shirt (limited time only).
- A 'Kai Wins Again' quick article template so they can torment non-premium members with yet more unfunny dreck.
- A licensed copy of Photoshop - Yawgatog Edition (tm) with an MTG clip art library.
- A guaranteed 'Good Man of the Week' credit in a future edition (limited time only - some conditions apply)
The majority of MiseTings members have hailed this bold move as the best thing to happen to MiseTings in days.
However, the announcement has not been universally well received. Upon hearing that their submissions would not be accepted for the premium side, but rather only for the general side, BobtheJunkie, Eviscerator86, and wrathofwriters released the following joint statement:
"This f*cking sucks"
Likewise, upon hearing hearing that they would either have to give up some of their crack money, give 10 extra BJ's a year, or read only
BobTheJunkie, Eviscerator86, and wrathofwriters articles, several other forum regulars have signed the following petition:
"This f*cking sucks. Change it pls thx."
